Location: The property Falcon House is located in a small village Gornje Sitno just under the Mosor mountain and near the suburbs of Split (25 min drive), which gives you the proximity to all one modern city has to offer, yet you are not involved in all the city fuss. It is a unique place that is surrounded by well-preserved ruins of old stone houses, so you can enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine at the new property with amazing ruins of previous generations around you, and still so close to everything you need for a comfortable holiday experience.
There are 3 restaurants within a short walking distance that offer local traditional food, a mini market is 300 m far from the villa.
There is a popular and well-marked mountain trail just above the property that will keep you in shape There are two covered parking places and the property is fenced.
Our neighborhood is very friendly and quiet and you have the opportunity to buy local food, goat's milk, eggs, seasonal vegetables, fruit, and wine. All those hosts can provide for the guests at their request (not included).
The famous town Split area (19km from Falcon House) is the perfect place to visit. You are located in the center of Dalmacija, and able to easily visit Split (25min), small-town Omiš (half-hour) with Cetina river (half-hour) that offers lots of activities like rafting, zip-line, canoeing, and boat tours, then Krka waterfalls (1,5h), beautiful town Trogir (30 min) or to visit the nearest island Brač for a one-day tour, or just enjoy at this property and all it offers far from the city fuss.
